Rodney Binet brings many years of sales experience to Binet Homes. Rodney will also take you through the extensive range of Binet custom-designed display homes in person.

A long-term member of the dedicated Binet Homes team, Natalie Ofner works as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Management team, particularly for General Manager Brett Geary. Her highly active role sees her spanning most areas of the administration team from online enquiry management, company profile management, internal and external issues management, client communications, reception and much more. Having so many different tasks on a daily basis requires Natalie to be flexible, well organised and have a keen attention to detail. She has a strong commitment to the Binet brand which when combined with her naturally friendly nature, great sense of humour and love of a good chat makes Natalie the perfect glue in a very busy office.

Boasting a long and illustrious career in the building industry having run his own business as well as working with several established building companies across Sydney, Craig Cadman's experience in most aspects of the building trade have given him a deep understanding of the Sydney building environment. His extensive experience serves him well in his role at Binet Homes where he wears many hats but is primarily focused on client contract management. Craig has an intimate awareness of the stress customers often feel when building their new home does everything he can to support each customer to bolster their confidence throughout the construction process. Along with his Binet team mates, Craig is committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service in everything he does. His friendly and caring approach is coupled with a fun attitude making Craig a strong role model and a pleasure to work with.

As Binet Homes’ Architect, Tim Halim is the creative responsible for producing outstanding designs which turn client dreams into reality. Tim works closely with each client along with the Binet management and construction departments to ensure that the ultimate design is not only buildable, but fits perfectly with client expectations and budget. His excellent understanding of local council and State Government regulations will ensure that each new home makes the most of the site on which it is built to maximise the slope of the land, aspect, views and surrounding environment. Whether he’s creating a premium standard single-storey dwelling or an exceptional multi-level home on a unique land parcel, Tim adopts a calm and focussed, yet highly creative approach to deliver exceptional designs that will not only benefit the construction process, but ensure end results that exceed customer expectations.

Crystal Mar is an Architectural Draftsperson with over ten years of experience in the drawing and documentation of new homes. As a key member of the Binet Homes team, Crystal prepares working drawings and associated documentation for the lodgment of Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates. She works closely with the Architect, Interior Designer and the Contract Manager to ensure that each client request is accurately documented onto the construction drawings. Crystal utilises the latest 3D technology and advanced software combined with a vast library of products to produce clever and unique residences which not only maximise the aspect and orientation of the home on each land parcel, but also deliver on the specific needs and desires of each client.

Having started with Binet Homes as an apprentice carpenter working up through the ranks to Construction Supervisor and now an integral part of the management team, Patrick has enjoyed the personal guidance of Peter and John Binet to instill an unwavering focus and commitment to quality and service through every aspect of the business. A father of four, Patrick's friendly, happy and very patient personality positions him perfectly in a role requiring liaison with a wide range of personnel from tradesmen and contractors, through to the administration and management teams while also spending a lot of his time working closely with customers to deliver the perfect end result. Leading the highly skilled and passionate on-site team to ensure Binet's high standards of quality and service are delivered through every aspect of the home build, Gavin's attention to detail and demand for perfection guarantee a perfect job every time. Possessing a unique ability to understand complex architecture combined with an outstanding knowledge in conventional framing and roofing, Jake’s unique engineering mindset coupled with his enthusiastic nature position him perfectly as construction supervisor within a close-knit team to ensure each job runs to plan all the time.

A qualified carpenter, Louise Binet has over eighteen years' experience with Binet Homes to play a crucial role in supporting the Construction Team on a day-to-day basis. With a focus to building on-time and on-budget, Louise has a keen interest in sustainability and managing the recycling of materials from one project to the next. Michelle Chen is the Construction Liaison at Binet Homes and is the crucial contact for clients during the construction of their new home. Michelle works closely with a variety of departments including the construction department, suppliers, subcontractors, drawing department, estimating and accounts, as well as directly liaising with the customers. She is highly committed to not only assisting the Construction Supervisors in running a smooth project, but looking to prevent any errors or oversights which may cause interruptions or other unnecessary stress to clientele. Holding a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) and a Masters of Architecture from The University of Sydney, she is significantly qualified with a detailed understanding of each aspect of the construction process. Never happy to rest on her laurels, Michelle is always searching for ways to not only improve her own knowledge and understanding, but find ways to improve the effectiveness of her role to better serve her customers. In a very busy office, Natalia works closely with the Binet Homes team to assist in the financial management of each project. In her own words, "I feel like I am the oil in a high performance engine keeping all of the parts running smoothly, without overheating!" She is aware of the demands of staying up-to-date in this complex environment and maintains a personal commitment to not only achieving every day, but to keep growing and improving as a valuable Binet Homes team member. Natalia is easy going and social, not only does she love sharing conversations with new people, she loves fitness, travel and cooking. Most of all, Natalia is a keen gardener who boasts having the best geraniums and roses in Galston village. It takes a lot of focus, commitment and attention to detail to create Flora of such an exceptional standard which are personal traits that Natalia proudly takes into her career.
